Tips on what to do to stay healthy
1. Dear Reader,
My first tip is for health. It is very important to stay healthy (As some of us already know)!
You should always eat properly. For an example, in a day you should eat vegetables and not to
much chocolate, candy or chips ( but be careful not to loose your sweet!!! ) : )

2. Dear Reader,
My second tip is for exercising. It is very important to exercise. If you aren't a grown up yet, then
it is very, very important to exercise because if you are not in shape then when you grow up you might not
be in shape as a grown up either. Witch only maybe make your life a little harder. you might think that I'm nuts by
now but I'm really not, I'm a normal kid and I have P. E like you and I don't have fun their either, but I do it anyway!

My third tip is for sports. It's very important to do a sport. Sports are good for your heart. You can do any sport at all,
tennis, basketball, baseball, swimming, soccer, softball (ect.). Even karate and dancing are sports! Sports give your heart energy,
which makes it beat longer, which means you will have a long life! My mom taught me a recipe for a long life :
One spoon of honey , a walnut , if you are old enough some red wine , and do a sport! Eat, drink and do those things every day and
you will live long!!!
